Best Golf Courses in Florida

Florida is one of the favorite destination to play golf, it lets players experience every kind of terrain and every level of golf. Golflink.com, an online resource for golf information and instruction, has a list of their top 25 best golf courses in Florida.

Topping the list is World Woods Golf Club in Brooksville, Florida, famous for its 18-hole “Pine Barrens” course with a rating 71.6 and a slope rating of 134 on Bermuda grass. It is followed by the Calusa Pines Golf Course in Naples, it features 7,215 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Third on the list is the Championship Golf Course on Bay Hill Club & Lodge, it has a course rating of 75.1 and 139 slope rating on a Bermuda grass.

The Copperhead Course on Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club in Palm Harbor is in the fourth place followed by Stoneybrook West Course in Winter Garden on the fifth spot. The sixth to tenth spots went to Magnolia Course in Lake Mary; Stadium Course at TPC at Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Beach; North Hampton Course in Fernandina Beach; Eaglebrook Course in Lakeland; and Shingle Creek Course in Orlando.

Grand Pines Course is another Orlando golf course on the list which is on the 16th place. Southwood Course in Tallahassee placed 24th while Brooksville Course at the Brooksville Country Club landed on the 25th spot.
